THE BRIDGE HOUSE

Rev. Jim Spence (founder)

The Bridge House is the primary program of New England Aftercare Ministries, Inc.(NEAM), which was incorporated in 1984 to reduce recidivism in the criminal justice system.

The Bridge House opened in 1987 and now assists up to thirty-three (33) residents at a time in their recovery from substance abuse and addiction.  We have helped hundreds of men and their families to overcome the devastating effects of addiction.  The Bridge House accepts men who meet requirements and who express a sincere desire and commitment to change.

The Bridge House is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Bureau of Substance Abuse Services as a residential treatment program.  Our clients come to us from detox, family and professional referrals, and the criminal justice system.
